Shangri-La Paris | Intimate Destination Wedding in Paris

There’s a certain magic that unfolds when love is captured in a city like Paris—where every street corner, gilded building, and gentle breeze seems to whisper romance. Recently, as a destination wedding photographer, I had the honor of documenting an intimate celebration at the Shangri-La Paris, with the Eiffel Tower standing proudly in the distance as a silent witness to their vows. The ceremony was simple yet profoundly moving, a quiet exchange of promises woven into the timeless fabric of a city that has seen countless love stories. Prior to the ceremony, the couple wandered through the Jardin du Luxembourg, as laughter spilling beneath sun-dappled trees, I was reminded why I fell in love with storytelling through wedding photography—the ability to preserve fleeting moments that speak to something eternal.

Whether I’m photographing a destination wedding in Paris or capturing the romance of Northern California’s vineyards and coastlines, the essence of love remains beautifully universal—vulnerable, genuine, and deeply human. Each photograph becomes a heartbeat in time, a fragment of shared emotion that connects us all. As I set my camera down that day, gratitude washed over me. Every couple I photograph becomes part of my own story, a mosaic of moments that reminds me why I do what I do—to honor love in all its forms, wherever it chooses to bloom, and to create timeless imagery that celebrates the beauty of connection across borders and hearts.
